JSA organized "JSA Halloween Night" from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday Oct. 24th, $1 admission.
We served DORAYAKI (japanese sweet) with strawberry jam, red bean, chocolate, and pumpkin paste which was made after the Halloween.
In this event, we had two activities: “007” and “Costume Contest”.
The rule of "007" was simple; we attached a vocabulary card on people's back and people try to make one to say the word on the back in a natural conversation and If one said the word, the opponent will get the card. A person who collected the largest number of cards is the winner.
More than 80 guests stopped by this event with a variety of costumes and we chose the best costume in “Costume Contest”. The best costume of this year was DOMO-KUN! (popular Japanese character) .
Even though the actual Halloween was one week to go, we were able to create a very good atmosphere for Halloween Night since we spent time on the decoration.
